Orders placed with Roseraie Ducher are delivered by Colissimo with tracking.
Our roses are carefully packaged in reinforced cardboard boxes suitable for transporting plants.

Orders are shipped within 3 to 7 business days depending on the season. During periods of high demand, this time frame may be slightly longer. As soon as your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping notification.
Yes, we accept the registration of another address during online payment. Simply choose a delivery address that is different from the billing address. Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that the chosen delivery location is accessible to vehicles and suitable for receiving a package.
La Roseraie Ducher can provide a delivery window of 1 to 4 days rather than a specific date. Once your order has been prepared by us, it is shipped by a carrier within 24 to 72 hours. Sometimes traffic conditions may require an additional day.

Bare-root rose bushes are only shipped during the dormant season, i.e. from late October to early April.
A potted rose bush can be planted all year round, during the growing season, and is packaged in 5.5-liter pots.
Our roses are grafted onto Rosa laxa, which is rare! Some varieties are also propagated by cuttings. This allows you to plant our roses in any soil, even the most calcareous, and they will be very resistant to drought. You can therefore plant them throughout the growing season, even in mountainous areas.
